Loic Hares CEO

With 14 years’ experience of working in the UK Energy industry on the distribution and supply side, Loic’s knowledge of the industry is second to none. Throughout his career, Loic has always looked to use data to drag the GB energy industry into the 21st century. He has a proven track record of building operations, commercial and customer service functions in different energy start-ups such as Tempus Energy, Usio Energy and Toto Energy. He has also run a successful consultancy business in the UK energy industry since 2014. He is now running his own technology start-up developing a platform for residential flexibility bringing battery technology and auxiliary services to the domestic market.

Dr Neil Williams CTO

Neil is an investor and advisor in the energy, cleantech and mobility sectors. His areas of expertise include data science, digital engineering, research and innovation in smart energy management. As well as being a senior technical architect for Capgemini, Neil has led IT development functions in leading energy companies including Good Energy and Ovo Energy. He has the experience and skills needed to bring Loic’s ideas into existence in a consumer centric manner.

Miguel Mathias Director Of Development

Miguel has extensive knowledge of the Utility sector having worked for leading management consultancies including Deloitte and Accenture. He has also been Innovation Director for Galp Energia in Portugal so know how to bring innovation to market in this industry. He is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully exited with his energy efficiency start-up Self Energy. He is now bringing the Resilience Energy platform to the Iberian market as well as advising Loic on how best to grow his start-up.
